Mekong Naga Expedition 2008
3 Month, 2234km Drift Expedition along the Mekong River from Luang Prabang, Laos to Tra Vinh, Vietnam. To take part in an once in a lifetime opportunity to explore the mighty Mekong, its people, and its folklore, as well as being an active participant in Projects dealing with Landmine education and rehabilitation.
The Expedition fee includes: Full Board & Drink, Local Transportation, Expedition Uniform, National Park Fee's etc including Emergency funds. Local Guides, River Guides, On Board Chef, and Laundry.

Expedition Boat Crew
As well as being an active participant in Projects dealing with landmine victims, education, rebuilding. All expedition members, should ideally have some boating experience, (but not a must), A genuine, interest in "Asian Buddhist and Khmer Cultures", Asian Food, Travelling,Exploring Ancient Sites, and 100% Enthusiasm, and able to take it on the chin when things dont go according to plan.
Knowledge or Qualifications in:
Carpentry, Electrician, Building, Plumbing, DIY, Photography, Video Editing, Webdesign, Filming, Engineering, Sailing, Mechanics.
Languages: English, Elective Languages: French, Thai, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Lao

2 Month Expedition: GBP £3000
1 Month Expedition: GBP £2000

Armchair Expedition Member: Take part in an once in a lifetime opportunity to explore the mighty Mekong, its people, and its folklore, as well as being a semiactive participant in Projects dealing with mine clearing and education, rebuilding and victim support. All from the comfort of your home, You will receive Limited Edition Expedition T-Shirt, Limited Edition Glow in the Dark Wristband and a Limited Edition Expedition Mug, And an opportunity to take part in various fundraising events to be held in the UK, Europe and Asia. We will draw 10 places with a full board all paid for, 5 days holiday in Cambodia, including a boat trip to Angkor Wat and the Grand Gala Dinner and Auction in Phnom Penh, Curtesy of the Expedition Team. All Armchair expedition members will have their names on the credits of the documentary, to be shown on National and International TV.
Qualifications: Need Comfortable Armchair or Sofa, Access to PC. And the Spirit of 08.
